Gateways Counseling Services and Gateways Day Treatment Center are contracted with the State of Wisconsin to assess and treat operators found to be under the influence of a substance and placed on driver safety plans. We offer a number of treatment options for substance use at Gateways Counseling and Gateways Day Treatment Centers in both our Marshfield and our Eau Claire locations.

Environmental Systems
Gateways substance use treatment programs use the whole person and environmental systems treatment based theologies. Family members, significant others and members of the individuals environment are incorporated in care, education, and support programs. Our substance abuse counselors are licensed to treat anyone who has been exposed or impacted by substance abuse. When someone you care about is suffering it affects all those around them. Treating in this way creates a solution based environment,which is proven to have a much higher long term recovery success rate. When children are involved , Gateways substance abuse staff incorporate the child and adolescent staff in care, this allows for early intervention for child and adolescent developmental impacts and prevention of generational re-occurrence.
